We will act reasonably, and where practical we will communicate the reason for any action. Any decision to close an account may include return of eligible remaining balances after verification and any lawful deductions.

Errors, mistakes, and technical problems

Occasional system errors, display mistakes, incorrect balances, pricing issues, bonus mis-credits, or game malfunctions can occur. Where obvious errors appear, we reserve the right to correct them. If a technical issue affects gameplay, payouts, or a promotion, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to resolve the matter.
